Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using trucks, dollies, and hand trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects, standing, and bending.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
