- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery safely (forklifts, excavators, dump trucks)
- Assist carpenters and masons with structural installations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Maintain tool inventory and equipment functionality
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Commercial driver's license (Class B) preferred
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability for early morning/weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for material calculations
