Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction mathematics and measurements
