Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation at night construction sites
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and concrete pouring operations
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors and tradespeople on complex projects
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emergency site conditions during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
