Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision for cutting, measuring, and building
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Read basic blueprints and project specifications for task execution
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
