Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and ensuring proper storage of tools.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and skid steers, when certified.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred).
