Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform system diagnostics and repairs on control panels, wiring, and fixtures
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines are met
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Lead apprentices and junior technicians on complex installations
- Manage inventory and order materials for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, power distribution, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
