Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general labor.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
