Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Help prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General Labor: Perform physical tasks such as cleaning the work area, moving dirt, and assisting skilled tradespeople with various projects.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Tool Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and machinery after use to ensure longevity and readiness for the next shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with little to no prior construction experience; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
