Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and tiling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials on the job site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and fitting as directed by supervisors.
- Transport heavy materials using dollies, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
