- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
- Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades
- Follow OSHA safety protocols
- Build/tear down temporary structures
- Transport materials via carts or vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic construction tool knowledge
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to sites
- Pass background/drug screening
- Availability for early morning starts
- Previous labor experience (preferred)
