Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and construction plans when necessary.
- Perform general site cleanup, waste disposal, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
