Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to support project execution
- Transport materials and equipment using company vehicles as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, dust)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
