Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties, such as digging, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations (OSHA) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and flexible to work overtime.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
