Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians) with various tasks.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform basic site cleanup, demolition, and debris removal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Experience with power tools is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
