Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and finishing of various construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely and correctly under supervision.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and ensuring access for workers.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) to complete daily tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
