Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform general cleanup duties after project completion to ensure a professional finish.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple construction instructions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
