Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials (concrete, lumber, tools)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from supervisors
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under proper guidance
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
