Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Participate in daily team briefings
- Complete training modules for tool certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (paid by employer)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- No construction experience required
- Pass background check and drug screening
