Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (demolition, excavation, site prep)
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete daily cleanup duties and report equipment issues
- Support team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
