Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with layout, excavation, and framing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow detailed project plans and supervisor instructions
- Inspect materials for quality and compliance
- Support equipment setup/teardown and debris removal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
