Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, painting, and drywall installation.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials on job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety regulations.
- Transport materials and debris to designated areas using dollies or wheelbarrows.
- Perform general cleanup and site preparation before, during, and after shifts.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
