Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, skid steers, and generators, with proper training.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and debris removal.
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure functionality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship.
