Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and site protocols.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
