As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in building our communities. We value safety above all else and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Erect and dismantle temporary structures as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
