Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform basic site preparation, digging, and leveling.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
