Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, or painting.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance.
- Measure, cut, and handle building materials accurately according to blueprints.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized to maintain a safe environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
