Responsibilities
- Assist in various stages of construction projects, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials and tools to designated work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Signal operators to align machinery and facilitate the safe transport of materials.
- Assist with demolition and site preparation tasks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and understand basic safety instructions and site plans.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality.
