Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Perform pipefitting, soldering, and welding tasks under supervision
- Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Prepare job sites, clean work areas, and maintain organized tool inventory
- Document work progress and maintain accurate service records
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic plumbing knowledge or completion of vocational training preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
