Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations.
- Operate and maintain light construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Demolish structures and remove debris as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Experience in general construction labor is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
