What You'll Do:
We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work. Your primary focus will be assisting our skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans where applicable.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or drywall installation as directed.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
