Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and project timelines
- Support material inventory management and staging operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Jacksonville metro
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-4PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
