Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist with various on-site duties such as framing, drywall hanging, and site preparation.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform general cleanup duties, including debris removal and waste sorting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow on the job site.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred.
