Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Assist skilled tradesmen with installation and assembly tasks
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Transport materials to designated locations using equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
