Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing work.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and regulations.
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and marking areas.
- Measurements: Perform basic measurements, cuts, and site preparation tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Weather Resilience: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read and understand basic measurements.
- License: Valid Driver's License (preferred, but not always required).
