Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites, including excavation, loading, unloading, and site preparation.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians, with daily operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Unload, sort, and stock construction materials to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in construction labor is a plus but not mandatory; we value work ethic and attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
