Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, equipment operation, and task completion
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shift cycles
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Assist in concrete pouring, site leveling, and basic groundwork tasks
- Perform physical labor including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and prolonged standing
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic understanding of construction safety principles
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork on job sites
- No prior experience required – training provided
