Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with daily construction tasks
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete timecards and daily progress reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team player with excellent communication skills
