Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and safety inspections.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, or drywall installation as directed.
- Transport materials between job sites using company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in New York.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
