Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with precision
- Install and maintain temporary structures and scaffolding
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete surfaces
- Read and interpret construction blueprints
- Implement OSHA safety standards daily
- Coordinate with skilled trades on complex projects
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid Class A/C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
- Flexible schedule availability (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Heavy equipment operation certification
