Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers) and assist skilled tradespersons
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read blueprints and follow precise instructions from supervisors
- Assist in concrete work, framing, finishing, and infrastructure installation
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Perform quality checks on completed work to meet project specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent trade training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Valid O-10 construction certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task estimation
- Team player with clear communication skills
