Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to designated areas on the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Read and understand basic project instructions and safety signs.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
