Responsibilities
- Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including excavation, framing, and finishing.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols provided by the site supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and foremen.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
