What You Will Do:
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for use.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in excavation, foundation, and framing tasks.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Who We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to learn and follow safety procedures.
