Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, loading/unloading equipment, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely including saws, drills, and jackhammers
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), debris removal, and basic trenching
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Read basic blueprints and execute simple construction tasks under supervision
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing support, and finish work preparations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety-first practices
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day with frequent bending
- Team player with clear communication skills
