Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Measurement: Measure and cut materials as needed for basic projects.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
