Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, setup, and cleanup of job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations, company protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Perform physical labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting 50+ pounds for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- No specific construction experience is required; we teach you the skills.
