Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks per project specifications
- Maintain organized, hazard-free job sites following OSHA standards
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment as needed
- Participate in daily briefings and safety meetings
- Complete basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team player with clear communication skills
