Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, operating hand tools, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, demolition, and concrete work
- Maintain a safe and organized job site following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and communication skills
- No prior construction experience required
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
