Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, debris removal, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment functionality
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Basic math skills for material measurement and task estimation
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently as needed
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
